Alistair Lovegrove is a strategy adviser, researcher and former Chief Operating Officer with more than twenty years of experience helping organisations grow, transform and adapt.

Before entering industry, he completed a doctorate in nonlinear physics at Oxford, studying how complex behaviour emerges the interaction of many simpler components.

Although his career subsequently moved into consulting, technology and leadership roles, the underlying challenges remained remarkably consistent:

Tillbourne was created to explore that question across organisations, technology, resources and society.
